This cancellation policy is default for all the properties which is not having its own special cancellation policy. (check individual property page for special cancellation policy)

Case 1) If you book by paying 20% to 30% advance of the full amount, no refund will be provided.

Case 2) If you book by paying 50% advance of the full amount, then

a) only 25% of the full amount will be refunded if the guest cancels the booking 15 days before the date of check-in (before 12:00 PM, IST)

b) No refund will be provided if the guest cancels the booking within 15 days of the date of check-in (before 12:00 PM, IST)

Case 3) If you book by paying the full (100%) amount, then

a) 75% of the full amount will be refunded if the guest cancels the booking 15 days before the date of check-in (before 12:00 PM, IST)

b) 50% of the full amount will be refunded if the guest cancels the booking 7 days before the date of check-in (before 12:00 PM, IST)

c) No refund will be provided if the guest cancels the booking within 7 days of the date of check-in (before 12:00 PM, IST)

Payment for any other services like food, decoration or special arrangement is non refundable.

Special note: In case of sudden lockdown or curfew, dates can be changed but however refund won’t be provided
