1. Pool sanitisation and filtration is done on a regular basis. Pool accessible 

2. Outdoor music to be shut by 9pm. You can play indoors.

3. Hookah and ciggrate smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms & sofa area
 
4.  Power outage by MSEB is not in our hands. We have inverter back up.

5 Carry your gvernment ID card ( Aadharcard , Pancard)

6. 5k security deposite it will be refund when you will check out 

7.  No drugs intake inside property if found the person and group will have to check out from property at that time
